Text messaging terms
Five Hearts Property Management LLC ("Five Hearts") sends text messages to residents and approved rental applicants as part of signing their lease. This page explains the program, how you opt in, and how to opt out.
What we text
- One-time verification codes to confirm your identity before you view or sign your lease.
- A link to review and sign your lease, and a notice when the fully signed lease is ready to download.
These messages are transactional only. We never send marketing or promotional texts. Expect about 2 to 5 messages per lease.
How you opt in
We send your lease signing link by email. When you open it, you choose how to receive your verification code. To get it by text, you must check a consent box before the "Text" button works. That opt-in looks like this:

You don't have to agree to texts to rent from us. You can always get your code and notices by email instead.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation, and no more texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 912.521.7117 or [email protected]. To start again, reply START.
Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described here. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy.
